GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
SUBJECT
THESE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE ARE CONCLUDED BETWEEN:

• Any natural person visiting and / or wishing to make a purchase via the website www.oveaov.com
Hereinafter "the user"
These conditions aim to define the terms of distance selling between Ovea and the user, from command to payment and delivery. They settle all the steps necessary for placing the command and provide the following up of this command between the contracting parties.
The command means irrevocable acceptance of the general conditions of sale. As the general conditions may change, the applicable conditions are those in effect on the Website www.oveaov.com on the date when the user places the command.
THE USER DECLARES:
• Have the capacity to conclude this contract
• Do not purchase products with the aim of reselling them
PRODUCTS
The products offered for sale by Ovea are those appearing on the site www.oveaov.com, on the day when it has been consulted by the user.
The products are available for sale within the limits of available stocks.
The products offered for sale are described with the greatest possible correctness. However, if errors or omissions occur in this presentation, Ovea cannot be held liable.
The pictures and texts illustrating the products are only indicative and have no contractual value.
PRICES
The prices are presented in MAD, EURO and DOLLARS and except delivery costs which remain the responsibility of the user unless special conditions.
The prices indicated take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the command. If the rate were to be modified, these changes could be reflected in the price of the items without the user being informed before.
Ovea reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The products will be charged on the basis of the rates in effect at the time when the command has been placed.
For commands to be shipped to countries outside Morocco, the selling prices as well as the shipping costs are exclusive of tax. Any customs duties or other local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
COMMANDS
Any command means express and irrevocable acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale.
The user declares to have read and irrevocably accepted these general conditions of sale before placing his command. The validation of the command therefore means acceptance of the general conditions of sale.
In order to allow the user to return to his command before validating it definitively, Ovea has created validation and acceptance screens. The command won't be definitively registered until the last validation of the command payment screen by a credit card, PayPal, bank transfer or cash on delivery.
From the last click of acceptance, the command is considered irrevocable. It is planned, from the registration of the command, to send an email to the user. This email confirms that the command has been taken into account by Ovea.
PAYMENT
FOR DELIVERY IN MOROCCO
Payment is made online by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer or cash on delivery via AMANA.
FOR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:
Payment is made by credit card or PayPal.
FOR ONLINE PAYMENTS BY CREDIT CARD:
The accepted cards are the blue card, Visa, Maestro / Mastercard.
PAYMENT SECURITY
In order to ensure payment security, Ovea uses the secure payment service CMI. Confidential data (bank card number, expiration date and security code) are directly transmitted encrypted to the CMI server without passing through the physical media of the Ovea server.
The times indicated are indicative times, corresponding to the average processing and delivery times - and subject to the correctness of the address provided.
Ovea reserves the right to choose the carrier and guarantees the correct delivery of the products.
In the event of delivery to a collective address, Ovea cannot be held liable if the shipment is not received by the final recipient but by a third party.
The user assumes full responsibility for his choice of delivery.
ATTENTION: In the event of an input error on the part of the customer in the delivery address, which does not allow the carrier to deliver the package to its destination, Ovea's liability cannot be engaged.
In this case, the package will be returned to Ovea's premises, which will take care of contacting the customer using the contact details provided by him, in order to obtain a correct delivery address. Therefore, the package will be forwarded to the correct address but this forwarding will remain the responsibility of the customer, who will be able to receive his parcel against a refund of the amount of the shipping costs linked to this forwarding.
Despite all the care taken by Ovea in preparing the packages, it is possible that a product be missed or that after transporting the package, one of the products turns out to be defective. This is why, upon receipt of his command, the customer has to check the conformity of the products received. Any anomaly concerning the delivery must be notified at the latest within 2 days since the reception of the package, at Ovea's head office, by e-mail at info@oveaov.com. Any complaint made after this deadline will be rejected and Ovea will be released from all liability.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
RETURN REQUIRED CONDITIONS
From the date of receipt of his command, the customer has a period of 7 days * (excluding AID period | Religious and National Ceremonies| Days Off ) to return his item (s), excluding special commands, items in custom. After this period, the delivered products will be deemed to conform and accepted by the customer. Therefore, Ovea may reserve the right to refuse the exchange or a voucher.
The item that the customer wishes to return must not have been worn, used or washed, and must be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by an explanatory letter mentioning the command number, the customer's full contact details. as well as the desired return method between "exchange" or "purchase voucher".
In this case, the customer will have to send back his item (s).
Upon receipt, a quality control will be carried out on the items received. No used item or item having been damaged by the customer may be the subject of any request for exchange or voucher.
AVAILABLE RETURN OPTIONS:
- Exchange with one or more other items for which the total selling price does not exceed that already paid by the customer during his initial command (and subject to stock available on the date of receipt of the package return).
- The creation of a voucher to be used on the customer's next command and valid for 15 days in Morocco and 1 month outside Morocco from its issue.
Additional shipping costs may be borne by the user.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
PERSONAL INFORMATION
Personal information being necessary for the processing and delivery of commands, the collection of this information in the context of distance selling is compulsory. This information is strictly confidential and is intended only for Ovea.
The user has the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning him. To exercise this right, the user must send an email to info@oveaov.com

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the Ovea site, visual and sound, are protected by copyright and trademarks. They are the exclusive property of Ovea.
RESPONSIBILITY
Ovea has, for all stages of access to the site, the command process, delivery or subsequent services, only an obligation of means. Ovea cannot be held liable for all the inconveniences or damages inherent in the use of the Internet network, in particular a break in service, an external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses, or of facts qualified as force majeure, in accordance with jurisprudence.
Furthermore, Ovea disclaims all liability for any breach of its contractual obligations in the event of force majeure or fortuitous event, including -without this list being exhaustive- strike, fire, disaster, breakdown and in general any event blocking the good execution of commands.
INTEGRITY
In the event that one of the clauses of this contract is null and void by a change in legislation, regulation or by a court decision, this cannot affect the validity and compliance with these general conditions of sale.
DURATION
These conditions apply throughout the duration of the online services offered by Ovea.
