Payment on Ovea is perfectly secure. All the data that you communicate to us during your payment are protected and encrypted by the CMI ( Interbank Currency Center). We have no access to your bank details, they are transferred in an encrypted and secure manner to our bank.

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD
It is important to know that the payment by credit card of your command is made directly with our partner bank

· Your banking information is encrypted, it never appears in the clear. Ovea does not have access to your bank details, and does not keep them under any circumstances on its servers. This is why they are asked again for each new transaction on our site.
We accept Blue Card, Visa, Maestro / MasterCard.
You will need to indicate:

. The validity date
The visual cryptogram which corresponds to the last 3 or 4 digits located on the back of your card
Your account is debited when your payment is validated. You will always receive a command confirmation email from Ovea.
PAYMENT BY PAYPAL
Your personal information is stored on Paypal's servers and is subject to enhanced protection, both physically and electronically. To strengthen the protection of your bank card and your account numbers, Paypal servers, protected by firewalls, are not directly connected to the Internet.
After choosing this payment method, you will be redirected to the PayPal page.
If you already have a PayPal account, log in with your username and confirm payment.
After confirmation of payment on PayPal and validation of your commad, you are debited.
PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER*
After selecting the Bank transfer payment method, you will receive a command confirmation email with Ovea's bank details. You must send them to your bank and request a bank transfer.
Be sure to indicate your name and command number on the transfer order.
Once the transfer has been made and Ovea's bank account credited with the amount due, your command will be shipped.
This option of payment is reserved for Morocco commands.
Do not wait to make your bank transfer! Your items are reserved for 3 days from the date of command. Beyond this period, we will no longer be able to ship the items ordered.
* For payments by bank transfer we will ask you to confirm your order within 24 hours by returning an e-mail, otherwise we reserve the right to cancel it.
PAYMENT ON DELIVERY
If you choose this payment method, you must complete a form on the website with your exact contact details, including your address and telephone number.
One of our customer advisers will call you to confirm your command and ensure the correctness of your information provided to avoid any eventual error.
When receiving the command - by you or someone else you have assigned to receive it- please remember that you need cash payment.
